Things To Consider
  • The trail can be very warm during the summer months. Bring plenty of water.
  • The maximum speed limit is 15 MPH for all trails. Keep your speed down when descending.
  • Some places of the trail may be closed immediately after heavy rain due to flooding from small streams.
  • The trail network is steep in many places and is recommended for mountain bike riders with intermediate riding experience.
  • As with all offroad cycling, always wear safety gear and make sure your bike is in proper working order.
  • Fremont Older has poison oak in wooded sections. Always avoid contact with poison oak since it causes skin irritation and a rash.
